Health workers at the Bola Tinubu Health and Diagnostic
Centre at the Lagos State University Teaching Hospital, Ikeja, have protested
the non-payment of their salary for five months, Punch reports.
The workers staged a peaceful protest at the head office of
Deux Nigeria Limited in Ikoyi, Lagos on Wednesday.
According to the workers, who called on the state government to intervene in the matter, Deux Nigeria Limited is the consulting company handling the maintenance and payment of staff salaries at the diagnostic centre in LASUTH, owned in a public- private partnership with the Lagos State Government.
