Blog Reader Writes Open Letter To LG Complaining About Faulty Freezer

As I said yesterday, don't you just love a good open letter?
Another 411medianews Reader is seeking justice after he purchased an LG Freezer for N90,000 only to discover that things defrost really quickly inside it.

The reader says that he has gone to the retailers and manufacturers, and still his problem persists. Now, he is bringing it to us here at 411medianewsBlog as he tries to get justice for the non-working fridge.

His letter to LG after the jump:


        I Chijioke bought an LG freezer for #90,000 from Fouani Nig Ltd near Banex junction wuse 2 Abuja marketers of LG products on 15th of June 2015, about a month later I discovered the things in the freezer defrost under (6) six hours upon power outage. I complained to them & they try fixing it on two (2) occasions yet the fault continues. I went for replacement or refund & they turned me down, saying the freezer is normal and if I feel uncomfortable about it, I should go to court or sign an undertaking that if they replace it & it's faulty again that they would not fix or replace it.

        It cost me #14,000 each time I take the freezer to thier service center.

        I have written to Consumer protection council and a copy was sent to them & no response.
