Sheriff's investigators plan to recommend prosecutors to file a vehicular manslaughter charge against transgender and reality star, Caitlyn Jenner, for her role in a fatal car crash on the Pacific Coast Highway in Malibu last February.
With the way things are going, Caitlyn, just might be facing manslaughter charges following the deadly PCH crash.
